Mr. Aikenhead is a member of the California Bar Association (Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law and Real Property Sections), and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (Trusts & Estates Section).  He is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the United States District Court (Central and Northern Districts), and the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Aikenhead has been a featured speaker at numerous Bar-sponsored seminars on real estate and office leasing, law office management, and estate planning. He is also active in many charitable activities and has served on the Boards of several private schools and charitable foundations.
